Home Instead Hiring for Senior Recruitment Officer /Team Lead Job at Osborne Park Full Time

Due to ongoing growth of our client base, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer (Team Leader) to join our People Leadership team in our Osborne Park office.

We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, high level administration and communication skills, who is an excellent multi tasker.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in recruitment and is looking to develop in to a team leader role.

This position will support a small recruitment team, predominantly based in Osborne Park and one recruiter in Mandurah, the role is available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing daily support to the team with recruitment activities; mentoring, coaching and supporting
• Creating and publishing job adverts on to various job boards, and using various strategies to attract further candidates. (External presentations, job fairs etc.)
• Provide advice to key stakeholders on recruitment sourcing strategies and marketing trends
• Shortlisting and phone screening candidates (CAREGivers)
• Scheduling and completion of CAREGiver interviews / supporting with Key Player vacancies as and when required
• Preparation and presentation at Group Interviews
• Supporting with the completion of pre-employment reference checks
• Generate and issuing of employment contracts
• Support People and Engagement Manager with other tasks to include the processing of terminations, weekly reports and liaison with Payroll
• Complete other administration tasks to support the team / adhoc cover of other tasks including reference checks

Skills and Experience

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Knowledge of aged care and understanding of a carer role desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive Approach
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Confidence and ability to learn different management systems to use efficiently.
• Experience using Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
• A great team player with strong leadership skills
