Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our friendly office team as a Recruitment Administrator, on a part-time basis. The role will be to oversee and support our HR & Recruitment Manager with the day-to-day recruitment needs of the business.
Main duties of the role:
Process new candidates through our Applicant Tracking System, and handle incoming calls and enquiries relating to vacancies and recruitment
Writing and placing adverts on job boards, websites and social media platforms
Filing and auditing recruitment and training documentation
Schedule and conduct interviews for new carers and support with candidate selection
Complete pre-employment activities including referencing and Disclosure & Barring (DBS) checks
Support at local community and recruitment events such as job fairs
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
Experience within an office environment or administration role
A good telephone manner and confident handling incoming calls
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence in using Excel, Word and Outlook
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Some recruitment experience is preferred but not necessary.
Additional Information
This would be a Monday to Friday part-time role of around 20 hours per week, with a flexibility on timings. It would suit someone with school hour availability or someone looking to work in the mornings. Our office is based in Watchfield.
