Job Description

This is a guaranteed hours position.

The role will be a fixed shift pattern of 8am to 2pm Monday,Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and every other weekend; averaging 25 hours per week

The role of a Care Professional can vary from day to day, and you will provide our clients with help and support such as:

• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light domestic duties
• Administering or prompting medication
• Accompanying to Shopping or appointments
• Support with personal care

Qualifications

This position is ideal for an established Care professional

NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health and Social Care is ideal

This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK Drivers license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
