About the job:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced software developer to join our growing team. The position of Software Developer’s main goal is to support our transactional application infrastructure in the areas of sales, service, inventory, accounting and financial systems along with interfaces providing system integration to internal and external systems. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting existing applications, enhancing system functionality and scalability.

Job Duties:

• Explore, interpret, and summarize user requirements to develop well written, concise programming specifications, procedures, and functions designed to implement requested changes and/or new development

• Proficiency use programming languages identified by the management, in order to develop efficient, well-structured programs and procedures to accomplish tasks assigned to them

• Define the requirement for new applications and make customizations, adhering to standards, process and best practices

• Identify technical problems and deficiencies and provide effective and efficient solutions

• Implements database changes in a manner that ensures the consistency of database files and fields

• Maintains the library of the development platform, and ensure the library that they are currently developing or modifying is kept in a safe place

• Reports programming problems as they are discovered

• Co-ordinate with team members to develop website graphic, content, database, capacity and interactivity

• Maintain company workstation/server and monitor the system backup and recovery processes

• Provide training on our management and staff for new software and applications

• Communicate with management clearly with on targeted software foundations and benefits

• Meet with management to report the status, operation and maintenance of software

• Do researches and evaluate new software products that can fit our company needs

• Performs other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development

• Familiar with programing languages, like Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Augular.JS,etc

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• Independent, self-starter, attention to details
