WHAT’S THE JOB?

We are looking for an Ops Manager/Head of Ops for a restaurant space and bakery in central London. We are looking for someone commercially strong, with a positive and ambitious outlook to drive this business. This person could be a strong GM or a Operations Manager who is used to running multiple business elements, whilst maintaining a progressive, caring and forward thinking approach to managing people. You will work when you want to ensure all areas of the business are continuing to grow, this is not a rota’d on GM job, it’s a more strategic role than that.

WHO ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

You will have managed a venue/multi-faceted restaurant/events or bar space previously. They would look for someone who has experience with managing big teams, but still with a very quality concept. They want someone warm, caring, charismatic, organised and people focused. Someone with a confidence is managing an events team, kitchen team, potentially retail/wholesale too.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is up to you, this is an autonomous role, your hours will not be micro-managed.
