Job Title: Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 with commission

Schedule: Full Time, In-Office Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Level Recruiter to join our organization here in Golden Valley, Minnesota! As an Executive Level Recruiter, your primary focus will be on headhunting and attracting top-tier executive-level talent to fulfill critical leadership positions within our organization. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging high-caliber professionals who possess the expertise, experience, and passion required to lead and drive our organization’s success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level recruitment, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and exceptional headhunting skills.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute comprehensive headhunting strategies to identify, approach, and recruit senior-level executives for critical leadership roles within the healthcare organization.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential candidates, target organizations, and industry trends, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare sector.
· Utilize various channels, including executive networking platforms, industry events, professional associations, referrals, and direct approaches, to identify and engage passive candidates.
· Build and maintain a strong network of industry leaders, executives, and potential candidates to establish a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
· Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks, to assess suitability for executive-level positions and cultural fit within the organization.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define leadership requirements, develop compelling job profiles, and create targeted candidate profiles.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, ensure alignment on candidate requirements, and provide ongoing recruitment support.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending job offers.
· Partner with external search firms, executive recruiters, and other talent acquisition resources when necessary to expand the reach and effectiveness of the headhunting efforts.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in executive recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
· Provide regular updates and s on headhunting activities, progress towards hiring goals, and market insights to senior leadership.
· Maintain accurate and organized candidate records, documentation, and applicant tracking system (ATS) data to ensure compliance and facilitate future talent management efforts.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIR, CDR, CSSR) would be advantageous.
· Proven experience as an Executive Level Recruiter, Headhunter, or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry is required.
· Strong expertise in headhunting strategies, executive search methodologies, and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
· Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, emerging trends, and leadership challenges.
· Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence high-level executives and industry leaders.
· Excellent assessment and evaluation capabilities to identify top executive talent and determine cultural fit within the organization.
· Proficiency in utilizing executive networking platforms, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify and approach potential candidates.
· Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions with high-caliber talent.
· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate the organization’s vision, value proposition, and growth opportunities to candidates.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
