We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated professional with advanced administrative and communication skills to support our team!
What you’ll do:
Schedule and manage meetings between store staff and ISS Dealer Engagement Coordinators through Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Manage and maintain external and internal email distribution lists and send routine emails and correspondence to distribution lists and segmented groups.
Assist with contract management including communications, tracking, filing, and ing.
Regular review and maintenance of ISS Dealer Engagement forms, manuals, guides, and best practices.
Maintain scheduled ISS Dealer Engagement communication plans targeting varied audiences including ISS team members, project stakeholders, management, field representatives, vendors, Dealers, and store staff.
Create and maintain ISS Dealer Engagement online surveys. Extract and analyze survey submissions and distribute results accordingly.
Assist with Homecoming preparation and activities.
Liaise and coordinate activities with third party partners.
What we’re looking for:
Three to five years’ experience in an administrative or office support focused role.
Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to effectively communicate and work with Dealers and store staff, and ISS team members.
Must be highly organized and work under strict deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
Experience with store level standard retail operating procedures is an asset.
Strong knowledge of Home Hardware’s Systems & Services is an asset.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and French is an asset.
