Essential Functions:

• Must be proficient in using Excel.
• Must have experience in tracking accounts and communicating with sales associates.
• Must have experience in shipping. This job requires for the CSR to route trucks and to measure the cubic volume for regarding shipments.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have data entry experience.
• This position requires multi-tasking and paying attention to details is very important.
• Provide thorough and accurate information for quotations.
• Receive customer complaints, log information, check for open orders on product, check for stock and request sample as necessary.
• Process proper paper work through computer for customer shipments.
• Log all verbal communications.
• Perform other duties and handle special projects from time to time as assigned by the inside supervisor.
• Must be able to work independently following training period.
• Must be willing to provide exceptional customer service.

Must possess the ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to accept direction from superiors, the ability to follow work rules and procedure, and the ability to accept constructive criticism. Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time
