Customer Service Representative (Miramar Area)

We are looking for a motivated, friendly and nice individual with a knack for making customers happy in an office environment! This position is for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with computer and order processing skills to interact with customers over the phone, by email and helping to support them in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.

• Service customers in the most friendly, nice and professional manner possible
• Greet and assist customers by email, live chat, websites and on the phone
• Assist customers in placing and processing orders, tracking existing orders and checking stock, pricing and availability
• Assist customers with their purchase and choosing the right product
• Verify and confirm internet orders
• Research availability of products and other customer requests
• Represent company professionally to customers, guests, and vendors
• Help with customer product returns processing
• Various projects as assigned

• Very comfortable with computers
