Full Job Description

Staffing Coordintor will be responsible for posting open jobs, interviewing, on-boarding and hiring of caregivers and nurses; overseeing daily/weekly staffing activities and ongoing supervision of caregivers to ensure quality care is delivered per client care plans. Heavy focus on recruitment of staff and proper on-boarding/training of staff is expected. Responsible for the proper placement of care staff to homes and facilities and ensuring care, staffing and scheduling needs are met on an ongoing basis. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients, manage high telephone and email volume on a daily basis, ability to answer email and phone calls after office hours and other duties as necessary.
