About the Position

Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Home Care Powered by AUAF is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Director to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels.

On a daily basis, this individual will manage Home Care Powered by AUAF’s social media, follow with brainstorming and creating content for all digital communications.

Objectives of this role

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Home Care Powered by AUAF , including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
• Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain Home Care Powered by AUAF ’s digital presence
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare s and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Home Care Powered by AUAF marketing campaigns

Skills and qualifications

• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to analyze consumer metrics, s, and trends
• Strong project management and managerial skills

Preferred Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Marketing or related field
• College degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
