We are currently have an opportunity within our HR Employee Relations Team for an Employee Relations Coordinator – an ideal role for someone to get their career within HR underway,

The Employee Relations Team provides reliable and commercially focused HR advice to management and colleagues on an individual basis, from clarity of policy and process to supporting managers with case work.

The Employee Relations Coordinator role requires a methodical approach and an understanding and adherence to timeframe, employment law and best practice.

Job Overview

Be a Company ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Provide administrative support and assistance to colleagues

Coordinate incoming work and prepare case work

Accurate input, maintenance and reporting of information

Update statistics and data monitoring

Answer calls, emails and onsite queries promptly and professionally

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

Minimum Criteria To Apply

Experienced with time and task management

Excellent communication skills

Experience of working in an administrative role

Experience of working within a busy HR team or similar

Excellent knowledge and understanding of data protection and GDPR

Analytical – able to produce and analyse data into meaningful information

Computer proficient; Microsoft packages

Commercially aware; understanding business needs and requirements equally amongst other considered factors

Able to co-ordinate a busy workload and to produce high quality work with a focus on attention to detail

Package

£22,000

Based at our Head Office in Liverpool the role covers Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm with 30 minute unpaid break

5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years’ service
