Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Duties:
– Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat interactions from customers
– Assist customers with their pest control issues, schedule appointments, answer questions, etc.
– Process payments, resolve billing issues
– Maintain customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Attention to detail and accuracy in setting up or updating customer’s accounts
– Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
