Our Breast & Skeletal division is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Manufacturing Operations team. You will be responsible for our determining design approaches and parameters for life altering products.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying, diagnosing, prioritizing, and correcting technical issues. The Senior Electrical Engineer will effectively coordinate and lead technical leadership activities for complex projects that drive meaningful improvements with a significant positive impact on product quality and manufacturing efficiency and costs. You will support the development and implementation of products through the entire lifecycle of concept through production. Leads the translation of design concept to manufacturing process.
What it will take:
8 years of electrical design experience. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing methods/processes, procedures, and cost-reduction techniques (TQM, Lean Six Sigma, DFM). Ability to analyze a situation or data; evaluate relevant identifiable factors and translate information into a meaningful proposal or action plan and the ability to efficiently direct and coordinate the work of others.
