Hologic Hiring for Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Marlborough, MA Full Time

Hologic is seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for seeking, engaging, and hiring current and future leaders. A successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their unique hiring needs, as well as design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to hire top talent.

In this role you will be responsible for developing a robust, multi-channel search strategy that will attract talent from multiple disciplines. Individually and in partnership with our leaders you will develop strategies to meet the short and long-term business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.

• Proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with HR colleagues and company leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience and desire to source, network and inspire highly sought-after talent from various channels.
• Positive and self-motivated individual with desire to work on a fun, competitive and highly talented recruiting team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner.
• Experience providing a notable candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Expertise with tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Taleo or Oracle Cloud preferred) and Hiretual.
