Holman Honda on Arapahoe has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Accounting Analyst/Associate to join our team!

The experienced Accounting Analyst/Associate is a vital role in the accounting office at Holman Honda on Arapahoe; perfect for an individual ready to take their career in accounting and finance to the next level.

What will you do?

• Support all dealership departments using expertise in accounting and compliance

• Assist the controller in the preparation of month end reports

• Calculate and prepare journal entries

• Calculate compensation and submit to payroll

• Prepare documents to be sent out to financial institutions for funding

• Complete required filings for state sales tax and IRS reporting

• Process onsite cash receipts and balance daily cash receipts

• Work closely with Centralized Accounting to assist in processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking transactions

• Perform financial analysis of income and expense line items

• Complete vehicle paperwork (i.e. title & registration)

• Assist in providing information for internal audit and work with the management team to ensure that a strong internal control environment is consistently maintained

In addition to the duties noted above, employees in this role may also participate in other dealership positions on a volunteer or ad hoc basis. Opportunities include but are not limited to serving as Wellness Champion; leadership roles in employee recognition programs; or chair of the safety committee.

Compensation starts at $25.00/hour
