Summary

Holm Electric, Inc. is a leading electrical contractor in the Lake Tahoe area. We are seeking a person to help in our warehouse and purchasing department. This person will be responsible for the inventory management, receiving of materials, and entry into the inventory management system. It is essential that the individual is organized, possesses extremely good communication skills, and experience in managing materials/inventory is a plus!!

Essential Functions

Helps maintain a clean and organized warehouse
General inventory and warehouse duties
follow companys warehouse/storage and inventory control policies and procedures
Assist in the development and revision of inventory related policy and procedures
Receive materials coming into the warehouse, log into inventory system, and store in the appropriate location
  • Receive materials returned from job sites and enter them into inventory; deliver materials to jobsites as needed

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position is mostly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and sitting. The employee must frequently lift or move 50-pound objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
