Job Duties
The ideal HR Recruiting Assistant will be a skilled administrative assistant with a friendly and helpful personality, experienced with Outlook, Word and Excel software. The ability to communicate well, enter data accurately, learn quickly and effectively manage multiple tasks is required.
The person in this position will:
- Call applicants and do phone interviews
- Enter notes on applicants and track progression
- Set up in-person or video interviews for managers
- Do follow ups, enter data, run reports, and miscellaneous other duties as needed
Physical Requirements
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
