The Role:
Contribute to and deliver Holland and Barrett people strategies across the technology function to deliver best-in-class HR business partnering that enables Holland and Barrett’s transformation from a traditional retailer to a global omni-channel business, and end to end wellness provider.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Provide commercially astute HR business partnering to the tech managers in partnership with the Lead Tech HRBP
Operate as a trusted adviser to Tech managers and leaders on all matters related to HR, organisation effectiveness, capability to recruit, retain, engage, and develop great tech talent
Coach managers and be capable and confident to challenge and influence on a wide range of HR topics
Work collaboratively with the HR Centres of Expertise (e.g. Talent, Resourcing, Reward, D&I, Engagement and Comms, Wellbeing and HR Data) and HR and ER shared services to provide an end to end HR service to technology managers and leaders, ensuring that the business benefits from our shared HR expertise
Partner with Tech mangers to facilitate BAU organisation design activity within the technology function
Work with the Lead HR BP to develop and implement the HR strategy and plan
Support the management of employee relations
The Person:
A proven track record as an HRBP in a fast-paced relevant industry (preferably with a tech background)
A HR Business Partner who can deliver a people plan in a fast-paced tech environment
Accustomed to partnering with tech line managers and quickly building trusted relationships
Ability to lead, influence, manage and advise on significant business change
Strong personal impact, credible and influential
A team player who is collaborative and innovative,
Someone who can manage the demands of multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix environment
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and networking skills
Sound judgement and intellect
Pragmatic, politically savvy and commercially aware
CIPD qualified
