We’re looking for an amazing Analyst, Supply Chain to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for working closely with Logistics, Procurement & Sourcing Teams to support with ing analytics, ad hoc projects, ongoing strategies, and leadership ing. This position will also be responsible for supporting in master data and system management activities. This position is responsible for conducting in depth analysis and make recommendations that drive improvements in the technical strategic sourcing and fulfillment team. Is also expected to develop new models that underpin sound business decisions. This position requires resilience to ambiguity and an ability to work in a fast paced quickly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, reconcile, clean-up large data sets and conduct relevant analyses and recommendations to support Supply Chain Teams
• Support in master data maintenance and governance activities
• Identify and track performance improvement ideas, document activities to share results and best practices
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather business needs and provide ing solutions while keeping them updated of progress
• Work on any other projects that may be assigned by Department Management from time to time
• Understand end to end process and create process maps to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across the supply chain

Develop and maintain a proficient knowledge in procurement systems utilized for sourcing, including Oracle, Ariba, AMOS, CrunchTime, Coupa, GSSM, WMS and Bid Portal

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced analytical skills: Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, model information in Excel and Power BI, financial analysis, draw conclusions from data
• Good understanding of business financial and accounting principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills. Able to identify process inefficiency and develop resolution through process improvements, tool development, etc.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

• Base Salary Range: $ 51,400.00 to $ 69,400.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates’ qualifications and experience uniquely.
