The NEW Holiday Inn Express in Chilliwack, BC is opening soon, and we are currently looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality to join our Guest Services team at the Holiday Inn Express – Chilliwack!

The successful candidate should be focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences by making meaningful connections with our guests. We are looking for someone with a friendly, outgoing attitude, and the ability to personalize guest experiences.

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming our guests and accurately verifying all information during the check-in/check-out process. In this role, accuracy and accountability are key. This is the ideal position for someone who shines in guest service, has excellent attention to detail, is skilled in problem resolution and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure work area is clean, neat, and well organized

• Check hotel availability and know sales strategy each day through communications with front desk supervisor

• Attend daily meetings and implement all information into your work

• Previous front desk hotel experience is an asset

• High school graduate or equivalent

• This is a 24-hour business – shifts may be morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
