The Finance Clerk will ensure timely and accurate entry of credit memos, and invoice processing on a day-to-day basis.

Essential Job Duties:

• Timely and accurate entry of credit memos for all item related deductions
• Assemble daily deduction paperwork for Cash Application Specialist
• Work directly with Credit Analysts and customers obtaining support documents for unidentified deductions
• Process RMA credits submitted by Receiving Department
• Obtain proof of deliveries from freight carriers
• Generate manual debits to re-bill or bill-back customers
• Process billing on customer portals as needed
• Review and process daily invoices for mailing
• Maintain daily document retention in OnBase for Credit and other Finance areas as needed

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Accounting, or experience in collections and/or accounts receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word)
• Strong accurate data entry skills and have strong attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in LX and IDF helpful
• Excellent organization, investigative, and communication skills both verbal and written
