What would you be doing if you came to work for Hoffman Weber Construction you may wonder?

• Meet with potential clients to go over their needs and wants when it comes to home improvement.
• Inspect any damage to the property.
• Educate clients on the various product lines and services we offer
• Provide accurate estimates to clients.
• Meet with insurance adjusters if/when necessary.
• Follow up with clients promptly.
• Initiate to seek self-generated business.
