We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our People and Culture supporting talent acquisition processes for management and professional positions for several business units across the United States.

The Recruiter works with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure open requisitions are filled with high quality candidates in a timely manner. The position is involved in attracting, sourcing, screening, qualifying candidates as well as scheduling candidate interviews. Maintains communication throughout process to provide a positive candidate experience and keep internal stakeholders informed.

Successful candidate should reside in the southeast Florida area. During brief initial training period, will work in our Deerfield Beach office, then position can work remote. Must be able to attend occasional meetings in the office. This full-time, temporary position (6+/- months).

Responsibilities

• Post positions in company ATS and to additional job boards as needed to promote position Create unique Screening Interview Questions for position, as well as Video Interview Questions
• Source candidates on posting sites such as Indeed, Monster
• Review resumes to qualify candidate based upon position requirements
• Conduct Screening Interviews and document responses while promoting company culture and benefits.
• Schedule Hiring Manager interviews
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding status of application and Hiring Manager regarding progress filling open requisition
• Represent company as requested at Career Fairs (community, university)
• Handle sensitive information with highest degree of confidentiality and in compliance with employment laws, GDPR and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum three 3 years’ experience working in Human Resources with at least 2 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Excellent technical/computer ability including
  • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams
  • experience with applicant tracking software / HRIS
  • experience posting/managing candidates on job boards
  • minimum keyboarding skills 45 wpm to document Telephone Interviews
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders via phone interviews and video meetings; ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Ability to work well independently, with experience working in a remote environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; organized and detail oriented
• Knowledgeable of current employment laws
