We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Temporary . In this role, you will recruit, screen, and hire prospective employees and internal job candidates. Also, as part of our HR Team, this role provides comprehensive administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources recruitment systems and processes. This position will be a 3+ month contract.

What you will do in the position:

• Corporate employment recruiting for all levels of positions across various departments
• Works collaboratively with hiring managers to identify staffing issues and to meet workforce needs in a timely manner
• Advertises job openings in appropriate media, internally, and externally
• Sources widely to drive attainment of AAP goals
• Screens and interviews internal and external applicants
• Administers applicable tests, background checks, drug screens, and reference checks
• Provides hiring recommendations to hiring manager
• Presents job offers to final candidates
• Evaluates the effectiveness of recruiting methods and processes and recommend improvements or changes
• Actively builds talent pipeline for HME via job fairs, college recruiting, etc.
• Manages recruitment-related data in the applicant tracking system
• Participates in the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives across all areas of HR
• Keeps abreast of current HR practices and trends and shares information and ideas

• 2+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range: $31.25 – $36.50 per hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
