Purpose
Administers the recruitment process and cooperates with the hiring manager to attract and select the best possible candidates for all positions within organization. Makes recommendations to management on improvements to recruiting and retention processes.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Creates and maintains all job postings
- Proactively recruits candidates through online searches, job fairs and other related activities
- Partners with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop hiring plans
- Assists in developing marketing materials for recruiting programs
- Supports workplace DEI initiatives through recruitment and associate onboarding efforts
- Ensures all applicants are reviewed and receive a response within established timeframes
- Makes sure that internal applicants are considered for positions as per policy
- Conducts screening interviews for desired applicants and recommends candidates to be interviewed
- Administers assessments of interviewed candidates
- Conducts and reviews background, credit and bondability checks on candidates to be hired and brings any concerns to management for consideration
- Maintains communication with hiring manager with regards to position status
- Counsels and advises managers on applicant review, interviewing, selection and job offers
- Trains hiring managers on the hiring process, including use of recruiting system
- Writes and submits formal offers to candidates
- Coordinates with Learning & Development, Human Resources and IT to ensure that new hires are properly onboarded
- Schedules and conducts stay interviews and exit interviews and makes recommendations to management based on results
- Administers annual associate satisfaction survey process and makes recommendations to management
- Suggests and implements improvements to recruitment and retention efforts
- Creates and distributes required recruiting and retention reports to management

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- At least three years recruiting experience
- Financial industry knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of, and ability to apply, local, state and federal employment laws
- Understanding of current practices and trends in the areas of recruitment and retention
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, efficient, detail-oriented
- Teamwork
- Knowledge of ADP

- This will be a hybrid position; working both in the office as well as remote
