Job Summary Hive Group is a rapidly growing small business establishing and enhancing internal processes. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage our recruiting team and recruit talented individuals to our organization.
This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a growing organization! Position Responsibilities Identifies, acquires, and manages search tools to meet recruiting needs Manages recruiting team including workloads, performance, PM relationships, and partnership with internal talent pipeline leaders Owns up to 12 positions in addition to managing the recruiting team including external recruiting resources Partners with BD and PMs in workshare commitments and collaborating with teaming partners on staffing plans Responsible for internal and external recruiting-related compliance requirements including but not limited to interview training for Hive staff, current and accurate candidate data and interview notes in our ATS, JazzHR, collecting interview feedback, etc.
Deploy and train on recruiting and interviewing best practices Lead salary negotiations and give offers to candidates in accordance with the law and our compensation strategy Partner with PMs and team leads and HRBP to create and revise job descriptions and understand salary range and position requirements Support annual and quarterly ing on applicants and hiring Understand organizational values and strategies to inform search strategy Approach all interactions and process improvement with candidate experience in mind Attend career fairs as necessary (less than 10% travel) Job Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field Experience : 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience recruiting in government contracting Experience with technical recruiting and TS cleared positions preferred Skills & Key Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication Strong Business Acumen Adaptability High degree of personal motivation for success Strong attention to detail Positive attitude demonstrating an ultimate desire to fulfill organizational objectives by complete customer satisfaction.
