Hive Group LLC Hiring for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Remote Full Time

Job Summary

This position is remote, but based out of Huntsville, Alabama with occasional local travel.

Hive Group is a rapidly growing small business establishing and enhancing internal processes. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and recruit talented individuals to our organization. This position would primarily source, interview, and lead salary negotiations with candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a growing organization!

Position Responsibilities

• Utilizes candidate sourcing tools and strategies to pipeline qualified candidates
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including: internet searches, social and professional networking groups, referrals and the ability to source existing or former candidates
• Exercise behavioral interviewing to screen candidates and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Capture candidate tracking and notes within applicant tracking system
• Lead salary negotiations and give offers to candidates in accordance with the law and our compensation strategy
• Partner with PMs and team leads and HRBP to create and revise job descriptions and understand salary range and position requirements
• Support recruitment ing using ATS data to inform recruitment strategy
• Learn the government contracting industry and talent required for active contracts
• Understand organizational values and strategies to inform search strategy
• Be able to communicate benefits with candidates
• Approach all interactions and process improvement with candidate experience in mind
• Attend career fairs and other cleared recruiting events
• Maintain high level of accountability for adherence to processes

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field
• Experience: 4-8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter preferred
• Experience recruiting for TS cleared positions in government contracting preferred
• Located in or willing to relocate to Huntsville, Alabama
