The role:

As a Resourcer within Hiscox UK you’ll work closely with the 2 Talent Acquisition Managers across a range of varied and interesting vacancies, you’ll create robust search talent strategies. Our people are our greatest asset and your role will be to search and support hiring great talent across the business. You’ll use a variety of proactive tools to search out the best talent to fill current roles and future needs.

You’ll be someone who works in the recruitment industry who is fuelled by their passion for people, you have an instinctive approach to understand what’s beyond a written CV or recruitment profile, understanding individuals best qualities and how they align to the Hiscox vacancies and values.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand the brief and requirements of vacancies and create a proactive go to market approach to source and match candidates
• Work on project and vacancy specific basis, market mapping, researching and pipelining candidate profiles
• Generate new candidate pipelines through proactive and innovative attraction methods
• Utilise various tools and techniques to provide external market intelligence and insights
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn
• Engage with candidates through creative connection messages that will attract the interest of passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls for sourced candidates
• Keep candidates informed of their status within the process
• Connecting and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and vendors to ensure a fit for purpose attraction campaign is adopted
