Counsel students about CA courses (Foundation, Inter, Final)

Understand student needs and recommend suitable batches/programs

Convert enquiries into admissions

Follow up regularly with interested students/parents

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

3. Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with students and parents

Provide timely updates regarding batches, results, and schedules

Handle queries and resolve concerns professionally

4. Data Management

Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Update CRM or Excel sheets daily

Track performance and report to management

5. Marketing & Promotion Support

Assist in seminars, webinars, and promotional events

Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaigns

Visit colleges/schools for tie-ups and awareness sessions

6. Market Research

Keep track of competitor coaching institutes

Suggest improvements in courses, pricing, or strategies

7. Coordination

Work closely with academic and admin teams
