Due to steady growth, they are now seeking an organised, motivated, and experienced Team Leader to manage the day-to-day running of their Project and provide a high-quality mentoring and support system.

Responsibilities…

• You will support the Project Managers to deliver an excellent service ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide a person-centred environment for our Service Users to develop skills, confidence and positive behaviours.  
• Support lead and mentor a team of Support Workers; duties to include Supervisions and team meetings.  
• Experienced in conducting risk assessments and support/care plans. 

Qualifications/experience/attributes …

• You should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• Have relevant experience within a Team Lead/Supervisory role for people with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism when dealing with Stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of safeguarding, Health & Safety, GPDR and other relevant legislation.
• We are looking for flexible individuals who will be available to work shifts on a 24/7 basis and also participate on the on-call cover. This role will also involve sleep-ins.
• You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge working with peers and Project Managers to take you to the next level of your career.

Salary and Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £12.55 per hour
• Additional benefits: Company events, company pension, wellness program
• You will be expected of to work on a rota basis
