**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Employee Onboarding:** Guide new hires through the orientation process, helping them understand company policies and their roles to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.

– **Employee Relations:** Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns to foster a positive work environment and improve employee satisfaction.

– **Performance Management:** Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes, helping managers assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

– **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance reports, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
