Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Picker to join our team in Delhi. This full-time position is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to begin their careers.
As a Picker, your main responsibility will be to gather and prepare products for shipment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are accurately filled in a timely manner. Your duties will include locating items in the warehouse, scanning barcodes, and packing products carefully for delivery. Attention to detail is essential to avoid mistakes.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, as the role involves lifting and moving items throughout the day. You should have good organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills are also helpful for ensuring order accuracy.
We expect you to be reliable and punctual, as timely completion of tasks is crucial. You should be able to follow instructions carefully and communicate effectively with your team. A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others will contribute to your success in this role.
