Job Description
As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
– **Inspecting Aircraft**: Regularly examine aircraft to identify any repairs or maintenance needed. This involves checking engines, landing gear, and other critical components to ensure they meet safety standards.
– **Performing Repairs**: Carry out necessary repairs on aircraft systems and structures. You will use tools and equipment to fix issues found during inspections and ensure aircraft are in top condition.
– **Conducting Maintenance Checks**: Perform scheduled maintenance checks as per regulatory guidelines. You will follow established procedures to make sure that each aircraft complies with safety regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
– **Documenting Work**: Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed. This documentation is essential for tracking maintenance history and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
– **Collaborating with Team Members**: Work alongside other technicians and engineers in a team environment. Clear communication is vital to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
