As an Air Cargo Executive in Kolkata, you will play a crucial role in managing air cargo operations. Your responsibilities will include:
– **Coordinating Shipments**: You will work closely with clients to arrange the pick-up and delivery of cargo, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
– **Documentation Management**: You will prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, such as waybills and customs forms, to comply with regulations and ensure smooth processes.
– **Customer Service**: You will communicate with clients about their shipments, addressing any inquiries or concerns to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
– **Tracking Shipments**: You will monitor the status of cargo deliveries, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
– **Collaboration with Airlines**: You will liaise with airline partners and freight forwarders to secure space and negotiate rates, ensuring cost-effective solutions for the company.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
