We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating the visa application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored advice on the appropriate visa categories and application procedures.
2. Document Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documents required for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Application Submission: Guide clients through the application submission process, explaining essential forms and requirements to avoid delays or rejections.
4. Follow-up Support: Monitor the status of submitted applications and provide timely updates to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have throughout the process.
5. Knowledge Update: Stay informed about changes in visa policies and procedures to provide clients with the most accurate information, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to connect effectively with clients. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. Attention to detail is crucial, as accuracy in document handling can greatly impact visa approval rates. A proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities will help in addressing client concerns. Familiarity with visa regulations and processes is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
