Experience Required: 2-3 Years (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)

Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in real estate. The role involves lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
* Handle client queries and provide accurate property details
* Arrange and conduct site visits
* Convert leads into successful sales
* Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
* Coordinate with internal teams
* Maintain reports and achieve sales targets
Required Skills & Competencies
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills
* Good client handling and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of real estate sales processes
* Understanding of customer requirements
* Target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of local market trends
* Basic knowledge of property documentation
* Ability to work under pressure

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel
