Job Description
We are seeking a Production Quality Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to ensure our products meet high-quality standards in our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and a passion for quality in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Quality Control**: Monitor production processes to identify any issues that may affect product quality. This involves regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards.

– **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality checks. This includes reporting findings and providing recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
– **Training**: Educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices. This involves creating training materials and sessions to ensure that everyone understands their role in maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Expectations:
