Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and a diploma in mechanical engineering. This full-time role requires a male candidate who is willing to work from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Create and refine mechanical designs for various projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.
2. Prototyping: Build and test prototypes to evaluate their functionality and performance, making necessary adjustments based on test results.
3. Problem Solving: Identify mechanical issues and develop effective solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design processes, technical specifications, and project timelines to ensure transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a solid understanding of mechanical systems and designs. Proficiency in CAD software is essential for creating detailed technical drawings. Good communication and teamwork skills are necessary to work effectively with other departments. Candidates should be detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality work, and should be able to adapt to changing project requirements. A proactive attitude towards learning and improvement is also expected.
