**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Recruitment Support**: Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, helping to identify those who meet the job requirements and match our company culture.
– **Onboarding Process**: Help with the onboarding of new employees by preparing training materials and setting up necessary documents to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
– **Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee files and database systems to ensure all records are current and easily accessible.
– **HR Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support such as scheduling interviews, responding to inquiries, and assisting with various HR projects to ensure efficient operations.
– **Policy Implementation**: Learn about company policies and assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and candidates.
– Basic knowledge of human resources principles is a plus, but enthusiasm to learn is essential.
– Proficiency in using computers and office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Ability to work independently and stay motivated while working from home.
