Passenger Handling
Ground staff assist passengers throughout their airport journey. This includes greeting travelers, checking tickets and travel documents, issuing boarding passes, guiding passengers to gates, and providing special assistance to elderly, disabled, or unaccompanied minors. They act as the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring a positive experience and smooth boarding and arrival processes.
