Shift Supervisor JD :

Job Responsibilities: Supervise production shift operations, monitor workflow, manage manpower and raw materials, ensure production targets are achieved on time, and oversee stranding and cabling processes in the manufacturing industry.

Exp: 2-3 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to production workers, evaluate staff performance, provide training, and resolve workplace disputes.

• Production Management: Oversee daily production schedules, monitor machine performance, and minimize downtime to meet manufacturing targets.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure finished products meet company standards and coordinate with the quality control team to address any defects.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety regulations, conduct safety briefings, and ensure the proper use of protective equipment (PPE).

• Reporting: Maintain detailed shift logs, track raw material inventory, and provide thorough shift handovers to incoming supervisors.
