Position Overview: Jr Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our Account Executive positions. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional team members, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for success as Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and proactively manage candidate pipelines.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging recruitment practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  • Offer Management: Participate in compensation discussions, negotiate offers, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
  • Technology Acumen: Familiarity with the technology industry, SaaS solutions, and the Account Executive role is highly desirable.
  • Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing, screening, and assessment skills to identify top talent and assess their potential for success.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple candidates and projects simultaneously.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software is preferred.
  • Passion for Recruiting: A genuine passion for talent acquisition, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and continuously improving recruitment strategies.
