In this role you will:

• Lead the implementation process for performance channels – manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with client objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.
• Become a master of digital campaign set-up, management, optimisation, and ing all platforms in use at Enigma including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Implement tagging for clients – tag client digital assets (websites, applications, etc.) to measure campaign performance and business intelligence.
• Manage the digital dashboards for your clients in line with campaign objectives. You will need a solid understanding of trends and provide insights on performance and make recommendations to improve the campaign.
• Work closely with the Head of Performance and Performance Director to develop processes and procedures that will holistically improve campaign performance, effectiveness, and management.
• Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry.
• Develop client recommendations, post-analysis, s, and campaign post documents.
• Ensure client and team requests are managed in a timely manner.
• Ensure s across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.
• Proactively provide clients relevant industry updates and market trends.
• Develop rapport with clients as a trusted advisor to their business.
• Follow all Enigma protocols to ensure financial hygiene is maintained.
