Full Job Description
Our San Jose office is now looking for sharp, driven, energetic professionals to join us as the Associate Consultant/ Recruiter. This will be a contract role with the opportunity to become full time. It requires creativity to solve problems and openness to change in a fast-paced work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process. The possession of high attention to detail and a desire to make influence is the key to contributing and growing in this role.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze job requirements from clients to Identify clients’ needs according to discussions with clients
- Assist with job requisitions/job description development
- Obtain a thorough understanding of job requisitions (i.e. KSAs, competitiveness, etc.) and conduct research when necessary
- Implement sourcing strategies and identify potential candidates or Search for talents on websites (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.)
- Communicate with candidates and understand candidates’ skills and interests
- Support Consultants to conduct labor market research and analyze the current talent pool
- Conduct research and estimate compensation ranges for different levels of positions
- Design talent mapping strategies
- Match candidates with suitable positions and draft referral s
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate interviews in different time zones
- Collaborate with clients’ recruiting teams to continually improve processes and experience
Qualifications:
- Can work for 5 days a week (Hybrid work model normally 2-3 days onsite per week)
- Degree/ ongoing Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Interest in learning about the recruiting and technology industry
- Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
- Have a passion or interest in communicating with others
- Be self-motivated and proactive
- Have a high level of comfort and confidence in engineers, managers, executives
- Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we’re not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritize your work
- Have a fun personality and people generally like you (come on now, we like to see personality)
- New Grads are highly welcome
Preferred:
- Previous experience in technical sourcing or recruiting roles would be a plus.
- Interested in / familiar with the IT industry and ecosystem in Silicon Valley

Salary
$1,500 – $1,500 per month
