Then this is the perfect role for you! You’ll be recruiting caregivers for my client, one of the leading brands for home care and independent living support in the UK.

This job would suit someone who has been working in a 360 type recruitment role – you might have been working for an agency, or in house, or part of an RPO.

You will be sourcing CVs and screening applications, speaking with candidates and arranging interviews, striving to hit the target number of hires each month.

Location: Bagshot, Surrey – commutable from Camberley, Woking, Ascot, Bracknell, etc.

Salary: up to £28,000 + Bonus

Benefits: Pension, 25 Days’ Holiday (+ Bank Hols)

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, also the option to work from home a couple of days per week

Experience in a similar volume recruitment position is essential, preferably within the care sector, but other industries also will be considered.

As long as you are confident dealing with candidates, and can rise to the challenge of finding the number and quality of people required for these important roles.
