You will be working in an Agile team doing client specific development of Apps and Digital Products as well as the implementation of software…

This will involve …

• Work with the Product Director and Operations and Delivery Teams to deliver the Product Roadmap
• Gather and prioritise requirements from all stakeholders (Client and Internal)
• Work estimation and highlighting risks
• Translate requirements into documentation
• Faciliate workshops, interviews, client walk throughs
• Be the “Voice of the customer”
• Improve the configuration process looking at tooling, automation and processes
• Report on any blockers / issues internal and external
• Work closely with Customer Services / Customer Success to resolve any issues

You

– Worked as a Product Owner or a related delivery role – Agile BA, Implementation etc

• Agile experience
• Software Delivery, Apps or Digital / Web Delivery experience
• Understanding of UX
• Experience of working closely with developers
