My client is a leading global chemical company based in Harlow and is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administrator with payroll support to join their busy HR Team, this is a strong administrative role with lots of variety. This is initially a 6 month Temporary or Fixed Term Contract and could possibly go Permanent.
The HR Administrator will deliver high-quality end-to-end administrative support within the UK HR team. Supporting various HR initiatives as well as supporting the UK Payroll team.
Responsibilities to include:
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
HR administration such as new joiner/leaver documentation
On-boarding Induction paperwork
Sending out Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
Updating Workday HR database, starters, leavers, job changes, etc
Assisting with monthly payroll administration
Updating the HR internal Intranet
Carry out administration in relation to other employee life cycle events, such as appraisals, maternity, etc
Process travel expenses, inputting invoices into SAP
HR admin and ad-hoc HR projects as/when required
Skills & Experience:
Previous HR Administration experience essential
A good working knowledge of HR practices and procedures
Experience using Workday, SAP payroll essential
Confident IT user being particularly familiar using MS Office packages such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
