We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Director of Talent Acquisition.

Job Description :

Position Overview : The Retail Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for our retail clients.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing innovative hiring practices to attract top talent, improve hiring processes, and support the growth and success of our clients’ retail operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning :
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our retail clients’ business goals.
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
• Leadership :
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists.
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with industry trends and practices.
• Recruitment Operations :
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Implement efficient and effective recruiting processes to enhance the candidate experience.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Metrics and ing :
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
• Prepare regular s on recruitment activities, performance metrics, and hiring outcomes.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve recruitment processes.
• Employer Branding :
• Promote our clients’ employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and networking events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
