Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to execute marketing initiatives and help design and build out our clients marketing engine. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a critical function and collaborate with a team of industry experts and sales leaders to increase the brand of the company and its affiliates. For the right individual, there is significant upward mobility and the opportunity to collaborate with multiple organizations within the Marketing and Sales teams, including C-suite business leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create high-quality graphic designs (pictures, logos, and other illustrations).
• Develop engaging and informative articles, blogs, and other types of digital content to educate clients and improve brand awareness.
• Produce social posts, videos, emails, newsletters, case studies, sales enablement resources, and other marketing assets.
• Research the insurance industry and use tools and direction from leadership to develop professional copy.
• Explore innovative digital marketing strategies to increase sales and marketing KPIs.
• Execute digital marketing roadmap including new campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure prioritization of projects, content creation, promotional readiness, tradeshow materials, etc.
• Assist in supporting and collaborating with multiple organizations within the Marketing and Sales organizations.
• Refresh existing content for our clients’ partner company brands and build additional marketing materials.
• Centralize digital marketing efforts and reduce duplicative work where possible.
• Grow company’s value by maintaining high standards of brand identity.

Skills and Abilities required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent work experience required.
• Must be willing to commute to the Pleasant Grove, UT office 3 days/week minimum
• 1-2 years of digital design experience managing multiple portfolios
• Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with email marketing campaigns and analytics.
• Graphic design capabilities in a variety of programs including PowerPoint and Adobe.
• Experience should include creating 1-pagers, proposal templates, and website copy.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and can manage a multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Work well in a team to balance priorities.
